CANADIAN TRUCKERS FALL IN LOVE WITH LOCAL COUNTRY ARTIST Nashville: Creative Records - Nashville, TN released Shianne Marshall's debut country single, "Can You Hear" to Canadian country music radio this week. 40 Canadian country stations throughout Canada are airing Shianne's new song via The Canadian Trucking News Radio Show; a weekly syndicated radio program dedicated to the trucking industry and all country music lovers alike. Shianne, a Womelsdorf resident, has been performing in the Reading/Berks area for eight years as a solo artist and band front person. Shianne has performed at WEEU's Community Cafe in the past. She has recorded in Nashville on several occasions and is scheduled to return soon to complete her first CD album. Steve Graham, President of Live Entertainment Plus - Nashville and producer of The Canadian Trucking News Radio Show said, "The phone calls and e-mails have been non-stop since Shianne's song has been playing in the Canadian market. The listeners love it". Stan Campbell, the radio show's host, says, "We'll be hearing a lot more from Shianne down the road"; a message to all Canadian truck drivers that was music to their ears. Producer Graham, starting August 1st, will be distributing to U.S. country radio nationwide, The American Driver Radio Show, on which Shianne's music will a part of the weekly show's playlist. Shianne says, "It seems like it was just yesterday that I was singing karaoke here in Reading/Berks’ It was at the encouragement of all those that told me to "go for it" that got me on the road to Nashville...and now Canada's highways. I want to say thanks for your good ol' Reading/Berks support".
